If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery — no hard feelings.

Our team will carefully review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
 
In some cases, we may request that the item be returned to one of our designated addresses before issuing a refund.
TinyMonty™ reserves the right to decline requests that show signs of misuse, damage, or unreasonable wear.
🎄 Seasonal & Limited Edition Products
For limited or seasonal collections (such as Holiday Bundles or Christmas Toys), refunds are only available for defective or damaged items upon arrival due to limited stock and time-sensitive nature.
🧩 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, the best option is to request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@tinymonty.com with photos.
We’ll review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened educational kits, sensory materials, or used play items cannot be returned once opened or handled.
