Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring toys are age-appropriate and used safely.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver every order quickly and efficiently.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other external factors.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, TinyMonty™ is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Montessori Toys & Educational Products:
Eligible for return or refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in their original packaging.
Seasonal or Limited Edition Items (e.g., Christmas Sets):
Due to limited availability, refunds may be issued only in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.
To request a return or refund, please contact support@tinymonty.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief explanation of your request.
All claims are reviewed individually by our team.
TinyMonty™ reserves the right to decline or limit refunds if misuse or damage unrelated to delivery is evident.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Limitation of Liability
TinyMonty™ is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
By purchasing, you agree to use all products safely and responsibly, and to supervise children during play.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline refunds if we detect fraudulent, abusive, or unreasonable behavior that violates these Terms.
